Seek a Leak uses the latest high tech electronic listening equipment, equipped with audio transmitters that bounce high and low frequencies off main and/or lateral water lines, which will indicate where the leak or leaks are.

Our “Leak Detectives” also complete a thorough visual inspection of the pool structure. The entire pool is checked, including the plumbing. Also, if needed, we will pressure test the lines (no additional charge) in the pool to find any leaks that are hidden from sight.

Many companies will adjust their initial quote if they need to pressure test and/or do minor repairs to your leak with water epoxy or hydraulic cement, Seek a Leak does not. The leak detection and tests performed are included in a flat rate, based on the pool type and additional water features such as an additional spa, fountain, waterfall, etc… You do not necessarily have to be home for our pool leak detection services.

SEEK A LEAK FLORIDA, LLC GUARANTEE

If we detect the leak inside your pool or spa, we will repair the leak using a premium two part underwater epoxy or underwater hydraulic cement. This minor repair should eliminate the leak, as long as there is not any structural beam problems. Seek a Leak Florida, LLC  warranties all minor repairs for 35 days. These minor repairs will also last as long as the pool does not need remodeling and extensive tile work.  If your leak does require construction or plumbing repair, our Seek a Leak technician will refer a reliable and licensed local pool and or plumbing professional contractor.

If we do find that the leak is outside of the pool or an underground plumbing break, which is considered a major repair, we will target the leak location and mark it using a noninvasive method, in order for the contractor to be able to find where it is in the area.  Any further warranties on the major repair will have to be provided by that contractor.
